SellTreats helps small bakeries manage products, storefront requests, customer communication, media, and social sale drafts. This policy explains what information SellTreats collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Account information, such as name, email address, login provider, and business profile details.
• Storefront and order information, such as product details, customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, requested dates, and messages submitted through public storefront forms.
• Uploaded media, such as product photos or short videos added by a bakery owner.
• Social draft information, such as captions, selected platforms, product references, and posting status.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, such as authentication cookies and basic server logs.

How We Use Information

• To provide account login and bakery workspace features.
• To deliver storefront messages and order requests to the storefront owner.
• To help bakery owners prepare, copy, and track social media sale posts.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve SellTreats.

Social Platform Data

If SellTreats connects to Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, or another social platform in the future, SellTreats will use the connected account data only to provide the requested posting or account-connection workflow. Platform tokens and secrets must be stored server-side and are not placed in frontend code.

Sharing

SellTreats does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate SellTreats, with social platforms when a connected posting feature is authorized, or when required by law.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your SellTreats account data or storefront submission data by emailing kcramer14@gmail.com. Include the email address used with SellTreats and a brief description of what you want deleted.

Children

SellTreats is intended for business use by adults. It is not intended for children under 13.

Security

SellTreats uses server-side configuration for private credentials and reasonable safeguards to protect account, storefront, and social workflow information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
